How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Standard delivery is £7.95, or free on orders over £150. We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 2-3 working days using our specialized fragile goods couriers.

Can I send a bottle as a gift to a different address?

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address at checkout. We also offer a gift-wrapping service and the option to include a personalized handwritten message with your bottle.

What happens if a bottle arrives broken?

While we use high-quality protective packaging, accidents can happen. If your wine arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?

We offer competitive pricing for weddings, events, and corporate gifting. Please contact our dedicated events team to discuss volume discounts and bespoke wine selections.

What is your return policy if I don't like the wine?

We want you to be satisfied with every sip. If a wine is corked or faulty, we will replace it or credit your account. For unopened bottles, you can return them within 14 days of delivery at your own cost.

How should I store my wine after it arrives?

To maintain quality, store your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature. Bottles with natural corks should be stored on their side to keep the cork moist and prevent oxidation.
