Secure Packaging
Ensure the wine is placed back in its original protective cardboard packaging to prevent breakage during transit back to our cellar.
Collection or Drop-off
Depending on your location, we will either arrange a courier collection from your address or provide instructions for returning the parcel via an approved drop-off point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch replacement bottles within 3-5 business days.
